Clinic Sign Up & Payment – Second Monday (monthly) from 6:30 pm to 9:45 pm at Life Time (Bloomington).

What You Need To Know

All levels welcome
Participants will go through drills designed to build fundamentals and the day will end with a scrimmage.
2 Courts / 48 Players
Cost: $7 (Paypal Account Required)
Sign-up opens at 12pm Saturday
Sign-up closes at 4:30pm Monday (or when full)
You will receive a notification email confirming that you are signed-up
No refunds will be given unless the clinic is cancelled by the organizers

Skill Topic: Fundamentals
Clinic Schedule:
– After warm-ups, clinic attendees will be split into two groups at the beginning of the night. One group will receive training on the skill focus, while the other group will go through a series of drills designed to provide practice on volleyball fundamentals.
– Groups will switch sides at the midway point.
– After the end of both waves, participants will be split into teams to practice putting their learned skills to use in a scrimmage.
