Open Gym Payment

Use the form below to submit a separate payment for an open gym night.

NOTE: This form is only to be used if you meet one of these requirements:

• You are already signed up for an open gym night, but had issues submitting your initial payment
• You are a waitlist player being added to an open gym night and received authorization from the gym organizer

Submitting this form alone does not sign you up for an open gym night, and any payments submitted that do not meet one of the above requirements will be considered a donation to GLASS.
